How long will it take to receive my order

After an order and payment has been received. It will take an average of 2 to 4 weeks. Unless the item is sold out or backordered. 



I live outside the USA, Can i still order?

At this time, we can only fulfill orders within the USA. We do plan on expanding and will update you when that happens.



What is the warranty time?

Warranty is 180 days from when you receive it.  After that we can extend the warranty for 1 year for parts  at an additional cost and will only charge labor costs. If the rig cannot be repaired, it will be returned at no cost to the user. If under the Extended warranty. A refund will be issued of the current used value.



Where are the firmware updates found for my rig?

The forum has a section called firmware. It will have links to the latest firmware for the products we sell. NOTE: do not power off or disconnect the power on the miner while an update is in progress. It may brick the rig and void the warranty.



Do you accept debit / Credit card payments?

Since we operate in the USA we do accept Debit / Credit card payments. For the rigs. Refunds will be offered within 180 days. Minus shipping cost. 



You don’t have a miner I am looking for? Can we request it from you?

If enough people request a miner we do not carry, we will get one and test it. If it meets our Strict standards we will sell it. The Standard are that it must be easy to setup.  Must be easy to mine in a pool, solo or shared pool. and must be able to mine on a local pool for solo mining.  and Firmware updates must be active.
